4th of July

The holiday started off raining. From the time we left Katy till two days after we arrived in Arlington. But on the 4th it was beautiful We had a blast at Nana's and Grandpa's. Kyler stayed in the pool all day and Kingston did his usual in and out of the pool routine. They both got to stay up way past bed time and got to sleep in the same room as us. We made lots of memories with family and friends.

First Official Day of Summer

Well I am to lazy to post pics today because it has been crazy wrapping up the school year. We are officially done as of May 27th. The boys and I went to Target to rummage through the dollar section and water toys. We spent the morning out in a very small pool shooting each other with water guns. We wanted to start our summer right ...in the sun. We made Popsicles with kool aid and if Kyler looks to see if they are frozen again I might scream. Well the first day of summer has been a success if I manage to exhaust both of them by 8pm tonight.

We had a great time celebrating Kingston turning two. We had the house covered in monkeys. The boys even had banana and monkey slippers. We even had three monkey cakes(vanilla, chocolate and BANANA).It was a rainy and wet but it did not spoil the party. I was so excited to have Katie there to capture all our moments. It was great to get a pic with all our guests. As you can tell Kingston did not like the candles, but then he tore into the cakes. What a special day. Happy Birthday King!!!!!

Fours More Days of Being ONE

Kingston is going to be one year old for only four more days. He is so active and a mischievous. He is a frequent flyer to to time out but loves to cuddle with his blankie in your lap when he is tired. He loves monkeys and climbing steps. Pointing out people in pictures is another game he loves. Running is his usual way to get somewhere. He can tell you where his eyes, ears, nose , mouth, teeth, hands, toes,fingers, head, hair and tummy is. He loves to play and torture Rowdy and Rainey. His favorite toy is whatever Kyler has and vice versa. We are very proud of how well he talks though he still calls me MeMe when he talks fast. He is definitely reached the terrible twos but we know one day we will be glad he is stubborn. We love you King.
